So I am happy to report that I have once again been able to actually make something off of Pinterest that I had pinned!  Woo hoo!  The pin of choice for today’s ambitious project (though really it was soooo easy!) was to make up a batch of the adorable Coconut Macaroon Nests from Two Peas and Their Pod.  (I highly recommend you go visit their blog and check out their yummy recipes and giveaways and an e-cookbook too!)  But with Easter week in full swing I wanted to do something with the boys that we could enjoy together, wasn’t too much to make and that we could share.  I mean I really do NOT need to eat keep these all to myself.
